We want to help you adapt, understand, and thrive
Our name, The Magnolia Institute, comes from the song Sugar Magnolia, which captures being in the moment, embracing life and enjoying it. And life can be hard. It can derail us. It requires strength and perseverance, which the magnolia flower is also known for.
The name is fitting for the work we do as we help people grow lives worth living and as we walk that path beside them — with acceptance, accountability, and yes, a kind of toughness. It’s how we work together to face the world in a new way.
Our highly-trained therapists are experts at what they do and accepting of who you are. We are open, inclusive and experienced working with LGBTQ individuals and groups. Learn more about working together with one of our counselors.
