We are currently credentialed with BCBS of Kansas insurance plans, and as an in-network provider, we will file your insurance claim through them. You will be responsible for your co-pay at the time of service. You may be responsible for any remaining balance on your deductible (i.e. services will be charged full-fee at the time of appointment). Please call your insurance company to check your mental health benefits before our first visit so you are aware of the deductible, co-insurance, and/or co-pay you may have.
If you choose not to use insurance, payment will be due at the time of service. Payment will be accepted in cash or credit/debit card. At your initial assessment, we will review consent to treat, limits of confidentiality, right to privacy, and financial agreements.
We are currently unable to accept new EAP clients; if you are interested in being placed on a waiting list, please contact us.
Please be advised: any appointment cancelled within 48 hours is classified as a “late cancel,” and you will be charged full-fee for the cancelled appointment. Any and all no-show appointments will be charged full-fee.
